(Chicago) A building collapse was reported at the Morton Salt campus Tuesday afternoon on the North Side.
A wall collapsed at the Morton Salt building at Elston and Potomac, Fire Media Affairs tweeted about 2:10 p.m.
No injuries were reported, according to fire media, though some cars at the nearby Acura dealership sustained some damage.
Morton Salt, whose company slogan is “When It Rains It Pours,” produces table and specialty salts, water softening products and ice melters, according to the company’s website.
