A new poll says 72% of Americans believe the US isn’t as great as it once was. That seems like it would explain the rise of Donald Trump in 2016.

Actually though, Trump’s personal approval ratings are so people are unhappy with the way things are going but not ready to hand Trump the keys to the White House.
