Thanks to the Chicago Police shakeup, Mayor Emanuel has canceled plans to be in Paris for the climate change talks. He will however continue on with his plan for a family vacation in communist Cuba. That wasn’t supposed to be public knowledge, which led to quite a donnybrook between Politico’s Mike Allen and Rahm Emanuel.
