(CHICAGO) Three winning tickets were sold in Wednesday’s record $1.6 billion powerball jackpot, one in California, one in Tennessee, and one in Florida. In Illinois, two tickets were sold that matched five of the numbers but not the powerball number. Each of those tickets are worth $1 million.
The California lottery says one ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven in Chino Hills, near Los Angeles. The other winning tickets were sold at a Publix grocery store in Melbourne Beach Florida, and at a retailer in Munford Tennessee, which is about 25 miles north of Memphis.
The winning numbers are 4-8-19-27-34 and Powerball 10.
So far, no winners have come forward.
