State Rep. Jack Franks Explains His State Budget Fix

The budget battle in Springfield continues to rage on and on but there could be some light at the end of the tunnel. Illinois has more government agencies than just about any other state in the country, and one Democrat has proposed a pair of bills that would streamline the state government to save money. State Rep. Jack Franks joined John to talk to his proposals to break the stalemate.
