* WINDS…WEST WINDS GUSTING TO 60 MPH.
* IMPACTS…STRONG WINDS WILL LIKELY MAKE FOR DIFFICULT TRAVEL
CONDITIONS…ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON NORTH TO
SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS. WINDS COULD CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE. ANY
