Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says he’s interested in possibly running for Chicago Mayor in 2019. Dart briefly thought about running for Mayor in 2011 when Emanuel was first elected. Tom Dart joined John to talk about what would influence a decision on a possible run, and also discussed the continuing problem of the large number of mentally ill inmates in Cook County Jail.
