(CHICAGO) Sony says that two new video game consoles will be coming out soon called the PS4 Slim and the Playstation 4 Pro. The company says the PS4 Slim is lighter, smaller and more energy efficient than the previous PS4.
A new, upgraded version of the PS4 that’s capable of displaying video in super high-resolution 4K and HDR is called the PlayStation 4 Pro.
“The same discs and downloads will run on both the standard model and PS4 Pro,” said Andrew House, President of Sony Interactive Entertainment.
The PS4 Slim will cost 300-dollars when it’s released on September 15. The Playstation 4 Pro will be released on November 10 and cost 400-dollars.
