Alderman Gilbert Villegas Wants Empty Seats At Sporting Events For POW’s and MIA’s

Alderman Gilbert Villegas from the 32nd ward joined John and Ray to explain his request to the various Chicago sports teams that they set aside an empty seat to raise awareness for POW and MIA issues.
