(CHICAGO) Eighty-nine year old Fidencio Sanchez has been pushing his treats cart around Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood for decades.
A man who saw the elderly man struggling to push the cart took a picture, it went viral, and then the man started a GoFundMe campaign for Sanchez.
With more than $385,000 raised, it is said to be the largest GoFundMe campaign in Illinois and one of the largest in the country.
Sanchez gets the money this afternoon.
