(CHICAGO) Meteorologists are predicting a colder than normal winter here in Chicago.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is predicting that cooler than normal temperatures are possible here in Chicago and the Midwest.
The Northeast will have near-normal temperatures while most of the South will be warmer than normal and the drought out in California is expected to continue.
As far as snowfall, here in the Midwest we should expect a slight chance for more snow.
