WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM SUNDAY TO 10 AM MONDAY. WIND
CHILLS OF 20 TO POSSIBLY BRIEFLY LOWER THAN 30 BELOW ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.
