Until we understand that liberals see everything as an ideological fight to the death, we will lose. There is no Muslim ban just a temporary ban issued for national security purposes. In addition, the courts have no sovereignty over this issue. According to section 212 F of the Immigration and Nationality Act, a president may suspend the entry of all foreigners for as long as is deemed necessary. The judge addressing this, James Robart has no standing. This is not a fight about immigration or Muslims but about destroying America’s borders and getting a judge to wipe out the president’s power to enforce the law. If there is no limit on judicial power, what is next? It’s amazing that a Christian baker in Oregon has no constitutional right to live out her beliefs and not bake a cake for a gay wedding, yet an Iranian has a constitutional right to immigrate to this country.
