(CHICAGO) White Sox play-by-play announcer Ken “Hawk” Harrelson has been in the broadcast booth for more than 30 years.

His final year will be the 2018 season with a schedule of primarily Sunday home games.

After stepping away from the booth, Harrelson will serve the organization as a White Sox ambassador throughout the 2019 season.

The White Sox have also announced a multiyear agreement with Jason Benetti to continue as the primary play-by-play voice for the White Sox with an expanded role in the booth.
