(WASHINGTON) — The World Series Champion Chicago Cubs have made a stop at the White House.
It was the second stop at the White House for the Cubs, having already visited before then-president Barack Obama left office.
The team, with some members absent, met with Trump at the White House.
“And your team’s doing OK but you’re going to do great starting right now, right,” Trump questioned the team in front of reporters before whisking them off to the Oval Office for a photo-op. The ball club presented Trump with a number 45 Cubs jersey.
