A Florida vigilante has been arrested after attempting to burn multiple sex offenders to death in a motel room.
According to witnesses, Jorge Porto-Sierra screamed “I’m going to kill you, child molester” as he doused the motel room’s front door with gasoline.
He also broke a window to pour gasoline inside, all while carrying a cigarrette.
Police say Porto-Sierra confessed and told police his plan was to “barbecue all the child molesters on fire and kill them.”
He told deputies he didn’t carry out his plan because “You got here too soon.”
According to police, at least two of the four victims are, in fact, confirmed sex offenders.
Porto-Sierra is charged with four counts of attempted premeditated murder and was jailed without bond.
