President Trump sent out a tweet that has many in the media concerned as it relates to access to the White House.
On Wednesday morning, Trump tweeted his disdain for what he calls “fake news” and concluded the tweet by writing: “Why do we work so hard in working with the media when it is corrupt? Take away credentials?”
Those last three words are likely to rankle many in the press, and in particular the White House Correspondents’ Association.
Matt Drudge, who generally supports the President, is very much against the concept, but noted Democrats had floated a similar idea before Trump became President. Read more here.
