She’s long been mocked by President Donald Trump for claiming she had Native American roots. Now, the Massachusetts Senator is backing up those claims.
Often referred to by the President as “Pocahontas,” Warren is releasing a DNA test that proves there is “strong evidence” that she is of Native American descent.
Stanford University professor Carlos Bustamante conducted the test and The Boston Globe got their hands on the results prior to Warren sharing them publicly.
Bustamante concluded that Warren’s “DNA sample of primarily European descent also contains Native American ancestry from an ancestor in the sample’s pedigree 6-10 generations ago.”
In response to the results of the test, Warren Mocked Trump this morning. Trump’s response? “Who cares?”
