Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan is demanding that the killer or killers of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi be brought to justice… in Turkey.
Erdogan made a speech to parliament on Tuesday. In that speech, did not mention Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. This, despite the idea that MBS is thought to be the one that ordered the killing of the Washington Post journalist.
Turkey’s President said his country’s investigation into the death of Khashoggi wouldn’t be completed until all questions were answered, including who the local collaborator was that disposed of the 59-year-old’s body.
“Intelligence and security institutions have evidence showing the murder was planned…. Pinning such a case on some security and intelligence members will not satisfy us or the international community,” he said.
