Special counsel Robert Mueller wants the FBI to investigate an alleged Republican plan to falsely accuse him of sexual harassment.
Mueller’s office claims that a woman who once worked with him at a law firm was offered money to make “accusations of sexual misconduct and workplace harassment.” The woman says she was offered as much as $30,000.
The case has been referred to the FBI for investigation.
