The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is declining to press charges against actor Sylvester Stallone when it comes to a sexual assault allegation going back 30 years.
Citing “insufficient evidence,” the D.A.’s office declined to move forward with the case that also fell outside of the statute of limitations.
In November 2017, a woman told the Santa Monica Police Department that she planned to file a police report over a sexual assault involving Stallone that had occurred in the 1990’s.
