The messaging site used by the Pittsburgh synagogue shooter to post his anti-Semitic views before he murdered 11 Jewish worshippers has returned to the internet after disappearing for a few days.
Gab, which claims itself to allow “free speech,” reemerged on Sunday with CEO Andrew Torba defiantly saying, “We will never give in. Free speech and liberty will always win.”
The 2016 company was kicked off their GoDaddy hosting site last week after accusations that it “promotes and encourages violence against people.” Several other companies followed suit against Gab as well.
While many of the links remain dead, the site’s 800,000 users are celebrating the return.
