With Democrats controlling the House, President Trump can expect to face some Congressional investigations in the coming months. But Trump says he’s ready to ‘counter-punch’ with some secret documents of his own.
In a Washington Post interview, Trump said if Democrats chose to “harass” him with investigations, he’d declassify documents from the Mueller probe that would be “devastating” to the Dems.
Trump hinted that these documents would prove that the FBI and Justice Department were targetting him, and possibly working with the Clintons.
Trump has long insisted that the Mueller probe is a ‘witch hunt’ which has found no collusion with Russia.
