Stephen Keys was riding on a plane just like any other passenger when it happened, his pinky finger proceeded to get stuck in the armrest of his chair.
Now Keys is suing American Airlines and SkyWest for negligence. His finger was lodged in the armrest for almost an hour.
SkyWest released a statement saying, “We worked with our partner American to reach out to Mr. Keys regarding his bruised finger and look forward to swiftly resolving this matter. Due to the ongoing litigation, we cannot comment further.”
Keys said that the incident resulted in major pain and distress and he hasn’t been able to drive or play with his kids.
