A medical helicopter on its way to pick up a crash victim had to cancel the flight because of a laser pointer.
Police say a Med Flight helicopter was trying to land in Pardeeville, Wisconsin when someone shined a laser pointer at the aircraft, causing an eye injury to the pilot.
The landing had to be called off, and the 17-year-old crash victim was transported by ambulance instead.
It’s not known if police have a suspect, but shining a laser pointer at an aircraft is a federal crime.
