What can $238 million buy you? A penthouse overlooking Manhattan’s Central Park.
Hedge fund Citadel founder and billionaire Ken Griffin closed a deal on the 24,000 square foot home. The condo’s building offers private dining rooms, an athletic club, a golf simulator and more. Griffin’s $238 million home purchase is now the most expensive purchase for a U.S. home to-date, in spite of the fact that the penthouse is still currently under construction?
Griffin also owns a home in a London near Buckingham Palace. It’s price tag? $124.2 million.
