She openly called for terrorist attacks, now an ISIS bride wants to go back home – to Alabama.
Hoda Muthana, an ‘ISIS bride’ who left her home to marry a terrorist says that she’s sorry and wants to leave Syria.
In a 2015 Tweet, the woman wrote, “Go on drive bys, and spill all of their blood, or rent a big truck and drive all over them. Veterans, Patriots, Memorial, etc day … Kill them.”
Now, in an interview with the Guardian, Muthana, who has married three different ISIS fighters, two have since been killed, and has a son with one, says she was “ignorant,” “brainwashed,” and “really traumatized by my experience.”
ISIS has since lost most of the territory it has held in the middle east.
The 24-year-old was captured by Kurdish forces after deserting ISIS about a month-and-a-half ago.
