Hawaii has opened its medical marijuana registry to qualified out-of-state residents.
An individual must currently reside in an area of the US where medical marijuana is legal and requires them to submit their ID and home-state medical marijuana registration.
The Associated Press reports the move allows those individuals the ability to buy medical marijuana while visiting Hawaii.
