A baby Swiss cheese made by Guggisberg Cheese in Millersburg, Ohio was the winner of the best in America.
It just beat out two Goudas!
The championships are the biggest competition of its kind in America. Aside from cheese, butter and yogurt are judged for flavor, color, and texture.
