Paleontologists say they’ve just discovered the biggest T-Rex fossil ever unearthed.
CNN reports the 66-million-year-old fossil was found in Canada. Researchers examining injuries on the bones conclude the dinosaur suffered broken ribs, an apparent bite from another tyrannosaurus, and an infected jaw bone.
Scientists say the fossil – nicknamed “Scotty” – had lived an unusually long life by T-Rex standards.
The fossil will be displayed at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum starting in May.
