The US Supreme Court Monday declined to hear the appeal of anti-abortion activists seeking to narrow a lawsuit by Planned Parenthood.
The lawsuit accuses activists of illegally recording abortion providers in attempts to falsely depict the unlawful sale and profit of aborted fetal tissue.
Activists had sought to dismiss fraud, invasion of privacy, and other claims, reports Reuters. The high court’s refusal to hear the appeal leaves in place a lower court’s denial.
