Authorities in the Coachella, California area are asking for your help in identifying a woman shown on camera throwing a bag filled with seven tiny 3-day old puppies into a dumpster behind an auto parts store over the weekend.

Surveillance caught the woman dumping the pups into the dumpster. They were discovered around an hour later by a man rummaging through the trash, saving them from the over 90-degree weather.

Cops say that are building a strong case of animal cruelty charges against the woman. The pups are currently under the care of a foster organization.
