It’s been a while since Billy Bush was wrapped up in the graphic conversation on-board a bus with a then-presidential candidate. He was fired in October 2016 for his association with the video that was released.
Bush has a new lease on his television life. He will return as host of Extra Extra this fall.
Extra Extra will be a syndicated entertainment show. It’s promised to be a more modern version of the current Extra.
About the new opportunity, Bush says, “The guy that left the scene in 2016 was already a changed person, but I had the opportunity to grow up a little bit. Facing adversity in some way is good. And I feel I’ll be better at my job than I ever was. This is my next step.”
