Brexit Talks Set to Close With No Deal

According to an influential Labour lawmaker, another referendum on European Union membership may be ahead.

Hilary Benn, chairman of parliament’s Brexit committee, told the BBC that’s the likely scenario if talks between Theresa May’s government and the opposition Labour Party fall apart.

He said, “there are only two ways out of the Brexit crisis that we’ve got: either parliament agrees to a deal or we go back to the British people and ask them to make the choice.”
