Authorities are searching for the 22-year-old son of a former NFL player after his parents were found dead in their Long Prairie, Minnesota home.

The bodies of 63-year-old Barry and 66-year-old Carol Bennett were discovered Wednesday, station WSB-TV reports.

Barry Bennett played football for Saints, Jets, and Vikings from 1978-1988, and had been a P.E. teacher at a local school district.

Police haven’t described if or how they think Dylan Bennett is connected to his parents’ deaths. They say the deaths are suspicious but don’t believe there is a threat to the public. The car the younger Bennett was believed to be driving has been recovered.
