More Americans Concerned About Climate Change

A new poll suggests more and more Americans are concerned about climate change.

A Washington Post/KFF survey found nearly 40 percent of Americans believe climate change is a “crisis”, and 80 percent believe climate change is caused by human activity. Both percentages are up significantly from a similar survey five years ago.

However, that doesn’t mean people are willing to go all-out to prevent climate change. Only 25 percent said they’d be willing to pay an extra $10 per month on their electricity bills to combat climate change.
