Sandy Hook Parent Wins $450,000 Lawsuit Against Conspiracy Author

A father who lost his son in the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting was awarded $450,000 in a defamation lawsuit against a conspiracy theorist who claimed the deadly shooting never took place.

A Wisconsin jury determined that James Fetzer, co-author of a book titled Nobody Died at Sandy Hook , defamed Leonard Pozner by claiming Pozner faked his own son’s death certificate.

It’s the latest legal victory for Sandy Hook parents, who have also won lawsuits against Infowars host Alex Jones.
