New video footage released this week appears to show two missiles striking the Ukrainian airplane shot down in Iran last week.

Security video footage acquired by the New York Times shows the missiles hitting the plane about 20 seconds apart.

Iranian authorities have blamed “human error” for shooting down the plane, after initally denying they were responsible. All 176 people on board were killed, including Iranian, Ukrainian, and Canadian nationals.
