Looks like we’re on track to move to Phase 3 Recovery because the percentage of total coronavirus tests that are positive is going down in the Chicago region as well as the rest of the state. Gov Pritzker says this so-called positivity rate makes it “highly likely” we’ll move to Phase 3 May 29th. That still means face masks and social distancing, but reopening can occur for offices, manufacturing and retail, plus you can get your haircut!
