A gunman opened fire at the recently reopened Westgate Entertainment District located ten miles outside of Phoenix Wednesday evening, injuring three with one of the victims in critical condition.

Glendale, Arizona police took the suspect, 20-year-old Armando Hernandez, Jr., into custody Thursday, according to The New York Times. Officials are still investigating a motive.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office has charged Hernandez with aggrevated assault, criminal damage and discharging a weapon within city limits.
