BOTH THE RIOTING AND COVID-19 ARE CALMING DOWN, BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN CITY HALL IS ASKING THE NATIONAL GUARD TO LEAVE OR YOU TO STOP WEARING FACE MASKS OUT IN THE CROWDS. POLICE SUPT DAVID BROWN SAYS, “We’re still only one day where we have some calming of the activities of looting and disorderly conduct. We are not letting our guard down. We’re cautiously optimistic, but prepared for this to escalate in case it does.”
