Top officials say keep washing your hands, stay six feet apart and wear face masks, but the governor is opening up these sectors: indoor dining at restaurants and bars, health and fitness clubs, movie theaters, museums and zoos, plus child care and schools.  But all in accordance with state health and safety guidance. Also free to reopen are casinos.
