A New York judge has tossed out an attempt to block the publication of a tell-all book by Donald Trump’s niece Mary.

The application, which was filed by President Trump’s brother Robert, argues that Mary Trump’s book would violate a non-disclosure agreement.

However, the Trump family will have to take it to a different court – a Queens County Surrogate Court judge says he has no jurisdiction on the matter and that the case should have been filed with the New York Supreme Court instead.
