Protect Our Parks is asking the Supreme Court to halt construction of The Obama Presidential Center in the heart of Jackson Park. In their emergency filing, they state the construction will “demolish significant parts of Jackson Park, its historical resources, parkland, and trees, which will, in turn, adversely affect the human environment, the historic landscape, wildlife, and migratory birds.” Richard Epstein, co-counsel for Protect Our Parks joins John Howell.
