Chicago based United ranked third for business and first class travelers, that’s according to the latest survey from JD Powers. The airline moved up from fifth place last year. United slipped to last place when it comes to premium economy service . Economy travelers ranked United at 7 out of the 11 North American carriers. Crain’s reports the survey says the biggest problem airline travelers have is pricing.
