(Waukegan, IL) — The City of Waukegan is the latest to try and entice the Chicago Bears.

In a letter to the team, Mayor Ann Taylor, pointed out that Waukegan is located just 20 minutes from Halas Hall, and pointed out multiple areas of land, including lakefront property, that could be developed by the team.

Like Arlington Heights, Waukegan is served by a Metra stop and has a major interstate nearby.

This is the second known city that has reached out to the Bears since the team took issue with the development of Arlington Park over possible tax hikes.

Earlier this month, Naperville sent a letter to the team expressing their interest.

WGN-TV was the first to obtain the letter.
