Your CTA train could be delayed this fall

The CTA’s red, purple and brown lines could see a disruption of service on the weekends this fall as the next stage of reconstruction begins on the north side. Brown line interruptions expected between Belmont and Southport Saturday through Monday. on the red and purple lines the areas of Belmont and Addison will be affected. The CTA will provide shuttle buses. The work is part of the 2.1 billion dollar modernization project.
