A new Humboldt penguin named Robin has made her debut at Brookfield Zoo Chicago after hatching this summer.
Robin, named after American Humane Society President & CEO Dr. Robin Ganzert, hatched on July 7 at the zoo.
Guests can learn more about Humboldt penguins and the Zoo’s conservation efforts while visiting Robin in the Living Coast’s Rocky Shores habitat.
She’s identified by the black and hot pink band on her left wing.
Humboldt penguins are native to Chile and Peru.
