The entertaining but losing candidate for mayor, Willie Wilson, is back.
Why would Willie Wilson run for president after losing for mayor?
“Well see, why not? America’s been very good to me,” Wilson said.
Willie isn’t what we would call a viable candidate for president but says he’s a better choice than those we would call viable.
“We don’t ever see them in our neighborhood until we need them, but I’m in the neighborhood and I will remain in the neighborhood even as I become your next president,” Wilson said.
Here’s how Willie says he’d be different from them.
“No trick, no double talk, just plain talk about our problems.”
And the other thing about Willie, something he freely admits, is that he just loves to run for office because it’s fun.
