
(CHICAGO) Two women were shot while sitting on a porch in the South Shore neighborhood early Wednesday.
The shooting happened at 1:30 a.m. in the 7800 block of South Cornell, police said.
The women, 48 and 50, were on a porch with a group when they heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.
Both women were grazed in the chest, police said. The 48-year-old also had a graze wound on her foot.
Both of their conditions were stabilized at Jackson Park Hospital, police said.
